The Technical Account Manager position offers a unique opportunity to develop and gain experience within the cutting-edge field of Digital Advertising Technology. Working as a Technical Account Manager means that you become an expert in their systems, training will be provided to know the platform inside out.

Missions
  • Troubleshooting and/ or supporting technical integrations
  • Technical campaign optimisation and reporting
  • Managing the needs of clients/ agencies by troubleshooting and assisting on technical issues
  • Supporting the sales/ account management team with client meetings to explain our technical offering and answer technical questions
  • Attend strategy meetings with our clients to help them utilize our platform/ systems in the best way
  • Educate clients in the use of our platform and systems
  • Co-ordinate and assure the quality of advertising campaigns with clients, this may include hot-desking sessions
